It would sure be nice to hear what Michael Minder, former CFO, has to say about this whole set up. He was 'fired' when they went into reorg mode back in 2018 after buying some shares not that long prior to that event. Possibly he sold his shares as he went out the door. We should have done the same. Hindsight is great.

He was always inclined to defend Faouzi but I'm not sure if his attitude changed after being dumped. He may have been paid severance on a "non-disclosure" basis though.
