That’s Enough!

I am officially filing a shareholders class action lawsuit, in British Columbia court, against the Company ans Board, for failure to fulfill their fiduciary responsibly. Details should be announced shortly, please join the suit and stop being victims here! These people need to be served justice!

maestro1-----------please let me know the name and address of the lawyer/law firm that has filed the class action. I may want to join the class. If you can provide the caption of the case that would be great.

They will likely be contacted directly from my law firm, and will have to put out a SEC filing on the suit! Any info I have I will forward on to this board! This looks like an open and shut case to me, clearly we were lied to here!
