Not unsimilar to mine which I also received this morning: "I can understand your frustration but the restructuring of the company takes time and Zecotek is no exception. I am expecting more information to be made public any day now." When there is absolutely no news, not even an excuse or explanation for 7 months I would say it is an exception. Yah I could actually buy that, if they were so busy taking orders for this new high tech plant, which I am not even sure exists at this point!  Let’s check the News hall we?  Nope not a single order in 7 months!  Nothing!  Clearly something illegal has happened and this restructuring is only a scam to cover up the money that was stole from shareholders!

It appears there are about 165 million shares outstanding. At 1 for 10 R/S that would make 16.5M base at 30 or 35 cents - approximately where the last financings were. And then how many shares would they issue from a base of 16.5M?
