Thanks Teclis.... For the information you get for us from the company, I never have any luck talking with them, and I appreciate anything you can pass on to us. We just have to sort  out if the information they give is truthful or not LOL

This is what we needed from the exchange to force the company to actually provide news of this so called resturcturing.  Tim, there IR representative has been indicating for the past 6 months that NEWS of the restructuring is being reviewed by the exchange for approval....oops has to be approved by the auditors...and had to go back to the exchange.  I have all these email correspondence

Already contacted my attorney, they should be getting a letter shortly!  I lost $14,000 on this pos because of false info, and I bought between 3 and 4 cents, not at 25 cents!
