At July 31, 2019 the Company had $603,272 in cash and cash equivalents, compared to 2,422,542 as at July 31, 2018. The consolidated working capital deficiency was $6,372,010 at July 31, 2019 compared to $1,227,833 as
at July 31, 2018. The working capital decreased due to the increase in the prepaid expenses and operational
losses.
