Last results are fine ,but no growth for this company ,no liquidity for market and if they don't buy real estate and no plan for growth, they should pay distribution ( common for REIT)

Market cap of $11million and they own more than $11million in properties. P/E=3 too cheap to ignore. Good revenues and rental market keeps going up. Property values also ...more

Bought 2 Million Shares Today at 0.055

Will buy more if it drops to 5 cents. The selloff was mainly from Industrial Alliance. Likely an institution that bought at 0.115 in the private placement and wants to sell for tax loss.
