Newmont Mining on NYSE

I saw that there is a breakout to the upside on the Point and Figure chart on Newmont. I remember hearing that when Newmont moves the others gold stocks will follow. Lets hope that I heard the truth ...more

It is the same with any resource company. They all need to replace what they produce. Silvercrest management has proven to be very astute at doing just that. No doubt they will continue.

I am willing to pay a premimium because I believe management has done an excellent job. I am convinced they will find enough resources to grow. Either through acquisition or drilling.

I think it is pretty spot on. UG operations tend to continually add resources over time and replace reseves so I'm ok with the show me approach. Also, UG vs OP exploration is still in early days ...more
