DF unit nav to July 16 = approx: $15.24

So df only showing a gain of 4 cents since yesterday. Big difference here is that the top 3 holdings were all down.  DFN gained 6 cents in comparison with the same holdings. Commons have a value ...more

Investors must be on vacation

Markets are sizzling helping to push DF (and DFN) into payment status. It is a slam dunk. Quadravest may even declare later today to solidify the message.

Spreadsheet showiung just a tad higher gain than DFN since June 28th and could well come in a penny higher in the Quadravest update. Commons valued at minimum @ $5.20 Was a good buy under 5$ today for ...more

My July 15 NAV is ~$15.17

At end of day, my spreadsheet is showing a NAV of $15.168843, indicating a dividend distribution for this month: now we onluy have to wait for the official declaration from Quadravst in a few days...

DF unit nav in realtime about  $15.18... previous  est. was  too high , out 10 cents ..  But today is right. I may have inadvertantly put DFN unit nav ....

Late getting this out, but creates a good buying spot today.... as now a bit of a cushion above the 15$ threshhold. Today should be cutoff date for NAVs for calculating which split fund commons get ...more

DF UNIT NAV in realtime @ $15.17

Gains now are at 37 cents since JUNE 28th.  so commons are now valued at $5.17 , and not so far behind DFN at this point.

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of about 29 cents since JUNE 28th... and this values the commons @ $5.09.. DF did slightly better than DFN as they have a smaller cash position.
