Cmed got paid a lot more then offered....

Cmed SH kept the SP up and aurora had to pay pay bigger premium when all was said and done. It will rock for the first few day after the new but if we can keep SP going up acb will be paying a bigger ...more

Aurora created the same confusion with CMED

I know. I was a CMED holder.  They give a bogus target price of $29 but given it's all shares, you get 3.575 shares of ACB for every 1 share of LEAF. Every shareholder on LEAF should lock in ...more

Thanks for reply. I had read "ACB will pay about C$ 3.2 billion in stock for its rival LEAF, or C$ 29.44 a share" and thought LEAF holders somehow had a choice between cash or ACB ...more

Short answer is "You dont" The deal is an "All Stock" Deal. This means if you want to get money out, you have to sell your shares. Right now, people are only willing to pay ~$25 ...more
