Potash One got bought for $443m by K+S. Western has now 467m shares outstanding. 443:467 makes a share price of $0.94. If you take in the 80m cash its $1.11, GLTA

The question is, how long does drilling take and the entire process to complete the Pilot project. The tricky part, where would the share price languish in the short term.
