Deal not approved yet. It's not a dividend, so I don't think there will be a record date, but effective date likely August 23. Not sure if it will trade much after that, or just halt trading

I think my ACB is around $1.07, and I purchased after the deal was announced. Certainly still possible to make money here. And if oil prices continue to regress, I'd argue we are in a worse place

The Q2 balance sheet was also improperly filled out. What looked like $16 m in cash should have had $12,6 million as a liability as the deal was made June 26. Not doing so produces a balance sheet
