i think the PP will proceed very quickly. Looking at closing early Dec so only weeks to put together. I predict they will raise in excess of total aquistion price. Great buy and hold.

the halt will be lifted very soon. Looke at the proved/probable! Aquisition price $2.00!! WOW Halt delay because of skeleton crew at IROC on rememberance day. This is accreative,no dilution here.
