They want the SP at $0.20 usd or $0.26 cdn

I say an acquisition is coming up and price probably set 25% below the SP. there is 24.7M shares reservied for issuance. Lets see

Yup their burn rate is outragesly high. Specially when you only show a dozen of vickis. Still have hope for our shares of gsrx if they fulfilled the conditions of the portions they bought. Might not ...more

This is not an offering but a private placement. There will likely be a large offering in the US. Look at the one they struck out last year:  if they dont need an offering, I will be surprised ...more
