Perhaps - but as I suggested already you should figure out first who is responsible for the service you're frustrated with.  You need data vendors for data, and brokers to provide the trading ...more

Yes,you can buy and sell shares on this exchange, no the stock will not be reversed split that will happen once the deal is approved,I think the stock will only trade for a month until the meeting ...more
