I agree with you. I think management made some very poor financing decisions and now their investors are paying for it. Not that it will make much difference, but I for one will not be voting for this ...more

Don’t hold my breath that they will take the halt off? They have to unless there’s more news coming out. Which I’m starting to suspect there might be. I have no problem with cpto being sold to hyper ...more

No the trading halt will come off soon and will continue to trade as CPTO until the deal is ratified sometime in May.

It won’t go to .74, no reason to buy at that price because that’s now the top end number. I would think .70 is about as high as the SP will go from this point onwards.
