I agree with your anayltical thoughts. aar.un cannot do much till oil recovers at break even. Great company in for the long haul with a generous yield.

I've owned this for a few years. This stock trades in a band. Everytime it pushes to $5 a new purchase and discounted equity offering brings it back down. It's consistant and has a good yield ...more

Entire REIT sector being sold. I guess I should have waited although I see no reason for the drop. Much safer than any resource based stocks with exagerated yields. No hike in interest rates in Canada ...more
