Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is a mutual fund. The Company invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...
to yield 5.75% on the $10 repayment amount and to pay the holders $10 per Preferred share. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. The investment manager of the Company is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Well i parked some LFE and could sell them today for more than i paid for them, forgetting the cap gain profits and distributions i got. But i get your point warning on LFE, to those are dumb

Not attacking LFE, just pointing out its trading pattern and trying to help others from getting trapped. Over $5 even when it's paying LFE has been a hard sell. Very much like DF now and lately

This was a better buy mid $4. One may buy now and get the distribution but with the slightest market pullback and this gets whacked taking away the distribution and more.

DF unit nav realtime -= approx. $15.10
DF has, at this point in time , gained about 30 cents in the UNIT NAV. Surprising to say the least. But might take a chance on thsi paying..

July 10 NAV is ~$14.986
Big jump today with only Telus losing 22 cents and the others showing considerable gains. According to my spreadsheet, DF is only 0.093% below the threshold, looking good for reaching it at mid-month

DF unit nav to July 9 = approx; $14.87
So DF is 13 cents short of the threshhold , and really have come back closer to the mark than i thought they would get.

NAV on July 4 is ~$14.93
