Not as a last minute carte blanc stamp of approval for AMLO to make constitutional changes as he heads out the door. Mexicans should be upset at this September legislative push!

-8% now and a relative perfomance to gdxj of -10% small losses :D  As I said, the next shoe to drop is the CEO leaving. It will go below 50 cents for sure.
