They can give special dividend at end of the year either in cash or shares. This will move up the FTN FFN snd other split shares with big discounts closer to the NAV. Now why they ...more

After all the updating USD exchange , cash position and matching % for US and Cad holdings, the gains since OCT 31 is $1.02 in the UNIT NAV... I dont think having the extra cash was a bad ...more
