Higher for longer paying off on the preferreds.  Will stick with the adjusted fixed rate.  No conversion planned!

As I understand it the 2 billion is just the amount in the accounts currently under administration by Laurentian Bank.  It's not related to the sale price, which is apparently not material ...more

The bank said net proceeds of the $2B from the transaction are not expected to be material to the Bank. $2 Billion not material!
