no need to report anything, lawfirms simply identify corp actions then gather discontent shareholders and file actions, WAY different, much more consequential rules than in Canada...ie BRE-X

No Cdn consequences but American listings have many incl punitive...the CEO stmnts will be reviewed for litigation and will NOT be viewed favourably by courts or investors, save Brookfieldf IMHO

Ah ok.  I think the interest can still be written off even if it's just owning in anticipation of receiving a dividend in the future so the rules of that are pretty loose.  Not totally ...more
