Market cap is only $9, so wouldn't take much.  Then again they would have to be reponsible for the debt payments (how much is due?)

I think there is a good chance that they have a buyer also.  Maybe the buyer includes the insiders or not, who knows.    The behaior of the stock and their refusal to obtain a US proxy ...more
