1.1 million

shares traded in one shot . What would explain that ? Even at 6 cents that`s a lot of money .

simple.....its either very cheap or going under...lol The fact that insiders and repeat institutes  are purchasing this current PP, I suppose its the last train to the long awaited upside.....

And according to the insider filings, insiders have also bought hundreds of thousands of shares in the past weeks and months. But then I'm wondering what's holding the share price back here?

Holding? Probably a big seller and likely very few if any institutional buyers.  Ridgway and co are just about the only buyers.  He now owns 5.6m shares. https://ceo.ca/fcv

Ridgway bought another huge pile of shares and warrants on April 5th . This insider buying has me stumped . This is big money we are talking about . A lot more than I could afford .

I`m going way out on a limb here but what are the chances that insiders plan to take the company private ? They own a large percentage of the shares already . What would happen to the rest of the common holders if they did go private ? There can only be a few reasons for the constant insider buying that`s been going on for two years . Either they have a buyer lined up or they are going to buy it ...more

I think there is a good chance that they have a buyer also.  Maybe the buyer includes the insiders or not, who knows.    The behaior of the stock and their refusal to obtain a US proxy listing may say more about their intentions than anything else.  They had stated much earlier that they intended to pursue some type of US listing....but then they abaondoned it. Perhaps it was ...more

I have had the exact same thoughts.  Why share the goods with dumb investors who keep dumping shares at this valuation.  My shares are locked away in a safe.  I will sit this out and see where the road takes me.

My question to anybody was what will happen to existing shareholders if the company went private .  There was a couple of very savy guys posting here a few years ago who would know all about this kind of thing but they are long gone .   My average price is much higher than this and although I have averaged down a number of time I feel now like I`m the guy that`s going to get ...more

This situation happened a few years ago with a gold venture stock. Can't remember the name, but the price was driven down and someone took it private.  In this case, got a cheque worth 10% of original investment and never heard of the company again.  As for FCV, have lost down from 17c average, but thinking of trying to make back that loss by buying at these levels.  Don't ...more

That has happened to me a few times before as well where I got practically nothing . However in all the other cases I know of the company principals got their shares , warrants and options bought out that originally cost them nothing .  In the case of Focus , insiders have bought mountains of shares and have all along . Their average prices are much higher than at present . That ...more

It`s a long time since we saw 8 cents . I own so many shares , even a penny makes a big difference to my balance .

I have to admit I`m a little jealous . Some people bought shares interday in Jan. at 4.5 cents . A lot more already have a double since then . Let`s all congratulate those with steely nerves and hope they do it again quick ..
