I agree, and in that he saw what I saw. This sector remaning toxic for a long time,  so he moved to cash, and he actually is better off buying public securities especially those with 7.5-8.5 ...more

Imagine the basis for it to drop 1-2% while markets are green and bond yields are flat.  completely arbitrary technical short.

10yr benchmark yields went nuts

The only reason this sell off wasnt too painful is because its a "slow bleed" rather than the 4-5% day losses we saw last year but Dream industrial is literally at the bottom of is trading ...more
