Wajax (parent company of Kinecor) just reported its results for 2nd quarter ending June 30th.Kinecor's sales up 6% to 75.8 million for the 2nd quarter. Earnings of 2m for the quarter.lets

Should be strong. Drilling has increased and purse strings are opening and csa is a major supplier for the drilling operations in western canada. Weather they can deal with their expenses

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to what type of sales we can expect for Q3 sales? Numbers should be coming out soon.Also, anyone care to comment on Western Canadian business conditions?

The rumor is true
Unfortunately there is no price or numbers appended to the deal. SCS group was about 1/4 the size of CSA and based in Eastern canada. I think Applied owns bearing & transmission in Western Canada.
