I am a cynic or a realist ... but usually if they are out of money and restructure the shareholders lose.  No 80 cents is yesterday, today is who knows....  but new money coming in will want ...more

I presume that if someone takes them it will be @ .80 cents US  Is that a correct assumption? or can IMV negotiate at all? I suppose if there was more than 1 potential offer they could.
