MTO at $0.52 & BTR at $0.38 right now

If I buy 10000 share of MTO at $0.52 = $5200. If the deal was to close today I would get 16000 share of BTR at $0.38 = $6080. I think thats a good deal, a 16% return.

If this deal had closed on friday . It would be $0.36 BTR x 1.6 = $0.576. This is my understanding.
