You are correct, 20 day moving average prior to the actual closing date which is expected to be sometiem in Jan according to HUGE.  That would mean todays share price woudl not even factor into ...more

I still believe the calculation of the 20 day moving average does not come into play until Q1, when things are actually closed.

I had Oct 24, but it is indeed the 22nd.  That would mean tomorrow Nov 21 would mark the 30th day.  If the difinitive agreement is announced this is up an easy 25% from the $8.00 level and ...more

or a day of profit taking. If you take a profit (IMHO) it will be hard to get back in at a much lower since $13.72 is a given when the buyout goes through.
