Yes that was the same time frame that COV was at $3.00 ( also I believe they where not insiders.) But my point is that insiders that held 15% of cov stock and still hold today did not sell, and may be ...more

The same thought occurred to me, that they did the condolidation to make it easier to sell off holdings but Mandel hasn't sold any and yesterday was only 7.5K shares...agree that it's a little ...more

Mandel owns about 2,100,000 shares / 40 = 52,500 x .15 shares=$ 7,875.00 and that is it. The only real value is the $140 mill. +/- tax write off which might be worth around $ 37 mill to someone so ...more
