Your broker is free to execute your order on tsv or any of the alternate exchanges. For many small caps a lot of volume crossed ATS exchanges.

i just purchased 30k more of labs at .07 when the Ask was at about 103000 my trade instantly went thru and nothing changed in the Ask lot size and the volume didnt change either still at 55k it says ...more

Why the halt trade? Why not just let them expire normally like warrants do? Is this related to IT Virtu Group and their illegal trading practices?
