Hedge

I must not be following what is going on here, I thought that the hedge according to the ceo basically covers almost all expenses and then the rest is cash flow.  Can someone explain Westerns ...more

Forget about the gold hedges profit or losses, the higher the price of gold the better. This gold hedge profit or loss is just the price of gold at the end of the quarter, it really doesn't have ...more

I htink some of WGI's resource #'s are misleading.  They actually have around 2.4 million ounces of oxide resources which they intend to mine.  The remaining resources are sulphide ...more

They currently have 4.3 million ounces of resources in all categories.  If we say that they will produce 150,000 ounces per year without trying to increase production we have close to 30 years of ...more

Gold is off a bit but WGI was down big immediately at the open while WGW is even in the US.  I think Canadians got scared by the trading halt yesterday and are selling.  I bought some more ...more
