Just a back of envelop calculation using total shares of 50M. It is from TMX web site. I think it should be 64M. Let's say 64M at C$1.40. It is just under C$90M. Any investment firm can scoop it ...more

81 hectares. 200 acres if i remindber correctly the translation... The city evaluate the land as 4 933 200 CAD and the buildings for 27 618 000 CAD.

Those that are buying today are able to vote in the director change meeting on March 28th.  As both Glencore and Riverstyx are vuying for control of the board, there is plenty of motivation to ...more
