Electra deal is daylight robbery

$7.59 USD for shares of Pure Multi Family is daylight robbery. This stock was trading between $7 - $7.30 same time last year...it was near $7 just before the hurricanes hit last summer. By offering ...more

People can argue that the offer does not reflect the value of the trust's assets but the reality is that management has not been able to realize on that perceived value and it is hard for ...more
