Well...that'll reduce their burn rate at least.... The one thing is if they have the JV where Tasly takes all of the costs, they don't really need employees. It's a hail mary pass

I agree......the 'demotion' to the TSXV makes sense. The thing that concerns me is that they also state they are laying off most of the employees

Well we have a month to see how it plays out. Probably list on the Venture. Although I don't see why whoever gave them money in Q4 wouldn't give them more given the deal that was signed.
