The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...
to yield 5.75% on the $10 repayment amount and to pay the holders $10 per Preferred share. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. DFN is cooked as well, but trading at a premium like its going to pay... Quadravest wont dish a distribution to DFN in this kind of market swoon.

DF unit nav to June 13 = approx: $14.77
Spreadsheet now showing a loss of 40 cents.. and carrying a very small cash position made DF's loss much bigger than DFN. Last sale @ $4.78 basically has DF trading right at its NAV.

NA listed as 3rd biggest weighting in DF
So one of the changes since MAY 31 was the move up for NA in weighting for DF. ANd today that is NOT working out well. Appears the street /market does not believe CWB is worth the money being offered.

DF now below 15 $ UNIT NAV with 3 days until calculation day
So looking in realtime here, appears DF is now down around $14.98 UNIT NAV, big dive in the markets today.. after a very weak start to JUNE.
