Still 9.5% div...is great

the NAV is $13.00 the price at $12.70 is a steal. I will continue to buy.

Share price is $12.22 right now. Giving an annual dividend just under 10% paid monthly for shares purchased today... Not bad at all for guaranteed income...

I have been adding to EIT since 12.50 and will continue. This market is very ugly but one day it will turn. The divvy sure does help.

Shareholders sell for various reasons....Anxiety and nervousness, margin calls, momentum, day trading, and many other reasons....This mkt is an opportunity to buy good stocks now on sale....JMHO!

I  have a question. Why would anyone sell at theses prices especialy knowing they get .10 a share evry month. Never mind the NAV..it will continuely fluctuate.
