HRs assets are fine.....industrial still getting a 5-6% cap rate and resedential is $.  The issue is HR is currently assigned a 9x AFFO multiple not 12-14x like other CAD reits.  Plus a 55 ...more

Earnings rally is 80% erased

How is this possible, gets a nice repricing higher and on good volume, only to be forgotten na few days later and shorts going back  at it

Looks like it tried to go above $9.50 but has been met with steller selling pressure.  9.5.x AFFO multiple, nowhere near ARTIS or PMZ.  GROSS.  This should be $12 now.
