You can't just roll the debentures. Besides, the share price is high enough that Lake Shore can force conversion. That was always the plan and it is now the Taho plan. Holders have already started ...more

How much would LSG save if the Debentures rolled over to say 4.25% or 3.25%. Hell, in negative interest rates maybe 2.25% backed by Gold.

just took a healthy position in BNK

as I bought at $1.80 and buyout is scheduled for $2.20 if anybody is interested...Do your DD as settling day is in June...GLTAL

Forgot to mention that if the deal doesn't go through, I suspect LSG will drop like a stone which would make it tempting to buy back my shares. Maybe not quite done with Lake Shore just yet v.
