Idea - TVE and TOL merge

Q2 results should be very good. If they weren't in the sale process I think it would be trading higher so not much downside if the process goes into the crapper. GLA...

LTS looks broke and is reducing their investment in Cardium wells for the remainder of the year because of cost overurns in other areas.  So PGF seems more likely and will have big chunk of cash ...more

After extensive research I don't believe LTS to be the suitor in exclusive negotiations to buy all of Trioil. I've been known to be wrong many times before thou! Actually I would prefer LTS ...more

Or your 2:1 TOl/LTS share ratio is off and the actual price being offered is much closer to $3 per TOL share. LTS doesn't need to do a deal. They certainly don't need TOL at $4-5 per share ...more

we know they are in exclusive discussions with another company that may acquire TOL, we know that LTS is a partner on some of their wells and we know that LTS owns a good chunk of their shares already ...more
