If they cut the dividend, its a $2 stock. If they eliminate it, its a $1 stock. Conduct yourself accordingly. Obviously the CFO understood this months ago.

Wake up.  Things have changed.  Oil producers no longer need rail, Production is falling, pipelines have capacity and differencial is very small.  Why would a buyer pay 1/2 a billion ...more
