That basically means they can give the fair value they want if a special event happen in the underlying (VIX) after the close. It's vague on purpose "Generally" etc so they can tweek it ...more

and well ! This streak lives on! 523 trading sessions since the last -10% draw down in the S&P 500... The last 10 % correction was in the 1st Qtr of 2016 Cheers !!
