Its a simple mathematical calculation..PODA shareholders would receive another 45 million dollars split amongst the 140 million os float..So 75-80 cents give or take

Agree with most all you say. I believe we are not upset with the deal's overall sale price. It's just the allocation of it to the shareholders who bought into PODA knowing the patents
