the latest news about the technical analysis is total bunk. It's just management's way of saying, please approve the deal shareholders, keep your money with us. Nickle 28, then what colt 45.

Contingent payment to Highlands shareholders
Conditions for the extra $6M to highlands shareholders appears to have been met over the last couple weeks so that is no longer available to the spin-off company. Another reason to vote NO
