Why would AOI want to divorce from ECO.  Eco has a significan stake in highly prospective 3b/4b, where AOI has a very large stacke now, and a farmdown in place, and an interesting stake ...more

How did they oversleep on this highly specualtive exploration play thats 5-6 years away from first production yet to be deemed commercialy viable? I agree they should distribute 80% of free cash flow ...more

The cheap days for the Orange Basin are defintiv gone. AOI cannot compete against now entering majors like BP, Eni. I am not happy that the current management overslept the early bird advantage there ...more

AOI was one of the very early birds in Namibia Offshore. Especially with the Total discovery Venus they had more and better information about the derisked potential of the big oil prone turbidites ...more
