At The Present Share Price

of $1.91 as above the share price of Tilray would have to be  trading at $4.39 canadian per share on june 14th to receive a dollar value of $1.91.

Yup just multiply the share price of tilray shares in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars by 0.4352 and that is the price per share you will receive when they vote to be taken over on June 14th.

The SAFE banking act won't do squat for Hexo or any other company. Cannabis is still illegal at the federal level so HEXO will continue to not be able to do anything in the USA.
