You can get your 3-4% divvy if the price drops :-)  Minto has a lot of development in the pipeline. The distribution is based on taxable income and I doubt you are going to see 4% divvy levels ...more

The safer the investment the lower the yield. Institutions love these Reits. Retail investors looking for yield will usually not touch this. It's OK. I will take the increasing share price.

I'd say 3y... i suspect it will be 25-26$ range so if I bought a batch more today that's about 10% with the miserable 2% divi. why is the divi so low? not sure I would say it's ...more

New shareholder!

This will be an rrsp stock for me for years. I want to collect dividends and hopefully this stock will reach $30-$40 range and pay out more divi (would like to see a 3-6% soon). thanks
