The Chinese Corporation bought the rights to China and Taiwan. The announced figure was six million dollars, as I recall. They have the right to sell as many plants as they can in those territories. ...more

Private placements are dilution.

Vraiment, pull up the 6 year history of this stock if you really want to see the trend price. Also, look at the number of shares 6 years ago. If the real money to be made is in the fertilizer ...more
