I agree that the bids for NATO must be at least as high if not higher than what they are looking for to leave the dividend in tact for another quarter. They would have had to disclose some of this

Paying the dividend increases their net debt. The question is will the dividend be sustainable if NATO selling price falls short? TDW flagged this as a concern in their last review of CUS.

Watch the cash flow
Planned shut down for NATO was 10 weeks. Actual shut down was 15 weeks. (50% longer). Add to that the cost of litigation with MEG and the unit trains down to 40%, they may be forced to cut
