Time to face reality
The extra 4 weeks of shut down already has drained CUS cash position. Now with unit trains down to 40% the dividend is at risk. No one will pay the price CUS needs for Nato.

The present utilization rate is actually much lower than that. Canexus is still ramping up to the 40% overall utilization rate of the Unit Train terminal... Kherson
