Just to clarify : 1.3B is the current market cap of NGA but NGA will own 20% of LEV stock at the merger. Therefore the current market cap of Lion is more 6.5B (1.3 x 5). Even so, 6.5B is still small ...more

That's the way it works. Don't get too frustrated.  Stock spikes up too fast, drops down briefly then resumes again. Or not. There can be any reason or a host of reasons behind the drop.& ...more
